Cancellation & Returns

At Yakan Capital, we understand that schedules and priorities can change. Our cancellation and returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our clients’ time and our consultants’ commitments.


Cancellation Policy

  • Training Programs & Workshops:
    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date: Full refund or option to reschedule.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund or option to reschedule at no extra cost.
  • Consulting & Advisory Projects:
    • Cancellations before the agreed start date: Full refund of any advance payments.
    • Cancellations after the project has started: Refund will be prorated based on work already completed.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is possible without penalty if requested at least 72 hours before the service date.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred new date.

Returns

As Yakan Capital provides professional services, returns apply only to physical materials (e.g., printed workbooks, training kits) if damaged or defective upon delivery.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
